Taste of Akron
Thursday, July 21, 6 – 10 p.m.

Get the full flavor of Akron by sampling appetizers, entrees and desserts from a variety of area restaurants. Enjoy great food, live entertainment and an amateur chef competition. Admission is free. Samples are available for one, two or three tickets. Tickets are $2 each.

Wine Tasting & Silent Auction
Friday, July 22, 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Treat your senses to indulgent hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and a selection of more than 150 wines from around the country. The Silent Auction features original artwork from the Akron Arts Expo artists. All proceeds benefit the Akron Arts Expo’s artist awards and children’s area. A special ballet performance by Dayton Contemporary Dance Company will take place at 8:45 p.m. Admission for adults 21 & over. Tickets: $40 per person. Special: $75 per couple.

Akron Arts Expo
Saturday, July 23, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, July 24, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Akron Arts Expo, celebrating its 32nd year, is one of the City of Akron’s premier events. More than 30,000 patrons come to enjoy this event, featuring more than 160 juried exhibitors from around the country. Admission is free and artists will be offering original fine arts and crafts available for purchase at reasonable prices. The event also features a silent auction, live entertainment, interactive children’s area, great food and free shuttle service from Firestone High School. Join us for a special ballet performance by Dayton Contemporary Dance Company on Saturday at 8:45 p.m.
